August 18 at 2:00 is fine.  I will need a list of names to leave with the security people at the desk in the lobby.  You all will have to present them with picture IDs and  be checked in.  In case you don't know how to access our building, please go to the 30th Street Station, and walk up the ramp to the regional rail ticket offices.  Keep going straight and go up the escalator to the skywalk across Arch Street.  When you cross the skywalk, take the escalator down to our lobby and check in at the security desk.
