Job Summary: Love Christ. Lead and disciple teens. Equip adult
volunteers.
Must have a heart for Jesus and discipling teens. Oversee overall
youth ministry. Approx. 200 students on a weekly basis.
This is a previously existing position that has become open because
our former employee went to seminary.

Skills/Strengths: Discipleship, leadership development, a heart for

schools. Preaching ability a plus but not necessary.
Type of Person Desired: Must be passionate about teens. The GARAGE
youth
ministries are heavily involved in the local schools. Former youth
pastor
led assemblies with entire schools on regular basis. Band and coaching
opportunities abound. We don't want you in the office all day -- go
be
with teens and change the world for Christ.
Compensation:
Salary: Dependent on Experience, candidate will likely be in top 10-
15%
of wage earners in our area
