Student Minister,

Prior to True Love Waits, almost no one was talking about purity and
abstinence. But God had a plan.
That movement jumped from one youth group to 100 denominations and 100
nations in a matter of weeks.
Why? The vision was God's and the power was God's.

I can sense that God is doing something similar right now.

Because both the vision and the power belong to God, an idea is
spreading like wildfire.
A growing circle of local and national leaders sense that Christ plans
to assemble an entire generation before Him.
Many are envisioning sacred pilgrimages of high school and college
students all converging on the very center of the nation.
There, a multitude of students are awakened to the supreme majesty of
their King.
They adore and praise Him with abandon.
And they receive from Him callings that shape the rest of their lives.

Though no one can know what a Sovereign God will do, some even wonder
if such a gathering could be the spark for national revival.

You are the shepherd to your group. You are the one who must decide who
has issued the invitation to assemble. If the invitation is from man,
you may well decide traveling to the center of the nation is far too
much trouble. But if the King has said come, then:
Preparing your flock for this sacred pilgrimage will be one of the most
important assignments of your life.
Worshipping beside your students as they adore their King will be one
of the most moving moments of your life.
Equipping your students when they get home to join their King in
advancing His kingdom will be one of the greatest adventures of your
life.
