1. I'm primarily a Unix Sys Admin with a bit of development
experience (mostly scripting).
2. Solaris and Linux
3. I've used a bit of the pre-fabbed DTrace scripts but only a couple
times.
4. What programing languages do you use regularly
PHP
PERL
5. Are you familiar with the LAMP stack? Do you use it?
Yes and Yes.
6. Is there anything that you would like me to emphasize in the
lab?
I'd like to see ways to use DTrace to troubleshoot an app server
(like the Sun One app server) if it happens to be misbehaving due to a
memory leak or some kind of resource constraint being violated.
Is there such a thing as DTrace for linux? If so, I'd like to
know about it.
