Hey guys,
I'm pretty new to the group, but I thought it'd be a good idea to have
an introductions post. I'll go first,
My name's Nick, and I enjoy video games. been playing them since I was
a wee lad, first console was an NES. I'm not really into sport games,
and I like to kick back with a good RPG. I play music when I'm not at
work or school or already playing video games, and you can usually
find me on PSN, Xbox live, or Steam sometime later in the day. Hope to
see you guys on the battlefield.

My name's Joe, and the Dtoid Toronto group is my brainchild. After two
outings to PAX with our awesome community I decided to fill in the gap
for Eastern Canada. I've always used videogames as a way to relax but
when online gaming became popular I realized it was also a great
opportunity to meet new people. It started with Diablo, and by the
time the network adapter was released for the PS2 I was a multiplayer
fiend. I'm a big fan of FPS, RTS, and RPGs. I'm against fanboyism and
won't say negatively about anything before I can try it for myself.
Once you meet me in person I'm quiet and a little odd, but my
eccentricities are what keep me entertained. You can catch me on Steam
and in Warcraft, playing TF2 or grinding phat lewts. . See you out
there!

I'm Michael I first system was a genesis I play lots RPGs and pc
shooters (tf2 , cs etc..). I play on consoles too ( got a ps3 ) but
when I got to school I don't bring my system so usally game a lot
less but tf2 is somthing I'll mostly likely be on whenever I'm playing
somthing on steam

Hey, I'm Matt. I've been playing video games since I was old enough to
wrap my hands around a controller, though I haven't had as much time
for it lately between work, school, and moving to Ottawa. Now that I'm
up here, I figured I could meet some Dtoiders and find a good group to
game and hang out with, so that's why I'm here! Usually I'm playing my
PS3, and usually I'm using it to play a PS2 jRPG. I dabble a bit in PC
games, but I prefer controllers to mouse and keyboard. If there's
anything flat out amazing for a system I own that I should try, I'll
usually get it. So I end up with a pretty large library of games, and
then end up playing old PS2 games instead. The only reason I don't own
a PSP or a 360 (I have a DS, and a Wii as well) is because I'd end up
buying every good game that comes out, and that would be extremely
expensive.
Sports games are about the only thing I just don't play, but I can't
claim to be an expert at anything. I'm not exactly a pro gamer, sadly.
Practise makes perfect, though, and half the fun is working my way up!
So I look forward to having my butt kicked by you guys, in the hopes
of picking up some tricks.
