Vtk question

Following the "Building your own TSA template" tutorial I generated the brain tractography and viewed it in paraview. I added the Glyth filter which is supposed to place markers at point locations that are oriented and scaled based on vector and scalar attributes at the point. However, all my markers are pointing in the same direction.

Does this say something about whether the tensors are incorrect or am I just not visualizing it correctly.
