additional "rotation-invariant scalar"

I've found DTI-TK to be very useful. I don't know if you're seeking
ways to expand it, but if so one possibility I think would be useful
(hopefully not very difficult one) would be adding the following to
the rotation-invariant scalar maps that can be generated:

Xu DR, Cui JL, Bansal R, et al. The ellipsoidal area ratio: an
alternative anisotropy index for diffusion tensor imaging. Magnetic
Resonance Imaging 27(3): 311-323, Apr. 2009.

Thanks for using DTI-TK and for the suggestion.  I'll look into the paper when I get a chance.  In fact, I'm in the process of open sourcing the toolkit.  So you will be welcome to contribute if you'd like.
