Documentation for version 2.3.1

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to use dtitk version 2.3.1 to do registration for TBSS. At this stage, I'm just following the preprocessing steps on this webpage: http://dti-tk.sourceforge.net/pmwiki/pmwiki.php?n=Documentation.BeforeReg
I've converted my DTI volumes from FSL to dtitk format. But I'm running into problems with the checks after that (checking diffusivity unit, outliers etc). It seems like these steps have already been done by the program- it seems like my DTI volumes in nifti tensor format already have the correct diffusivity unit (even though the webpage recommends to scale by 1000 if the data came from FSL) and their origin has already been set to 0,0,0. Also, the norm, non-outliers and non-spd images seem to have already been created so I don't need to do that myself. Is this correct? Is the documentation for versions prior to 2.3.1?

Hi Claire,

All the steps described there are combined into the fsl_to_dtitk tool.  So if you had used fsl_to_dtitk tool, all the preprocessing steps would have been taken care of.
