The screenshots of the rendering can be saved by using the keystroke "p". I forgot to include it in the keystroke list. Will remember to fix that. Is this what you need?

That is very helpful. What I would also like to see would be some way
to pick voxels and have the indexes output to standard our or to a
file. The reason this would be useful is for picking ROIs using the
rendered glyphs as a guide.
