Hi,

What I would like to do is use the glyph visualization program to
select voxels in the DTI volume. For example: Scroll through the
volume to get a layer then click on a glyph and get the layer number
and the x,y coordinates of that voxel.
Is this possible?

Hi,

Thanks for trying DTI-TK.  Although there is no ability to pick a voxel and get its x and y coordinates, you can scroll through the volume and get the slice number.  The key strokes to advance the slices are described in the relevant page:

The slice number should be reported in the title of the rendering window.

I like your idea to make the tool more useful.  I will see if I can implement this functionality.
