Announcing several addons to DTI-TK

Dear all,

Pleased to announce the availability of several addons for DTI-TK we have developed.

1) A tool to remove high FA ring around the edge of FA maps (development led by Dr Chris Parker)

This ring can often lead to imperfect image registration.  This tool helps mitigate this issue.

2) A tool to establish intra-subject image alignment across multiple timepoints (development led by Dr Michele Guerreri)

This tool makes it considerably easier to use DTI-TK to create an intra-subject template from multiple timepoints and to align these timepoints.

3) A tool to assess the quality of estimated diffusion parameters (development led by Dr Michele Guerreri and Dr Chris Parker)

This tool makes the task of identifying the subjects with outlying parameter estimates easier.  Identifying such outliers is important because they often point to some underlying artifacts in the data that have not been caught during the initial data QC.
