Reverse nifti to vtk conversion

 Hi Gary,

 I was doing some tractography filtering with  TractTool and converted the fibers into Nifti format in order to do some further manipulation on Matlab. Now I was wondering if there is a tool to do the reverse conversion, i.e., from Nifti into tracts using DTIT-K or any other tool that you are aware of. I converted my altered Nifti images to .vtk format using ITK-SNAP but what I want to do is get some fiber tracts like what you get with SingleTensor FT or TractTool, not just a regular greyscale image I can open on Paraview.

Hi Jose,

You can't convert a volume into tracts.  The conversion from tracts, a set of curves, to voxel data (NIfTI) is not reversible.  If you want to work with the tracts, don't convert it into NIfTI.
