Converting DTI-TK rigid transforms to ITK format

Hello,

I am trying to convert transformation files generated from dti_rigid_population to ITK format.

Looking through the DTI-TK commands, I could not find a way to do this. 

Is this possible? If so, how would I go about doing it.

Hi Arnold,

While it is possible to convert the format, the real difficulty lies in different conventions we use to represent transformations.  So I'm afraid that I can't recommend you to try this untested feature.
