Visualizing several groups of tracts

Hi,

I was first surprised not to be able to load several trk files at the same time, and then quite happy to see that this issue could be somewhat circumvented by merging the trk files together with DTK track_merge.

However now I am still facing a problem of visualization. I cannot find a convenient way to see the separate groups:
* I cannot switch easily between the different groups. For example to visualize two different groups, I tried to duplicate the single default tract group, in order to the DataSetID attribute (created by track_merge) to a different number in the duplicate. However the duplicate is empty, and does not show anything whatever I do.
* I also try to simply set the color according to DataSetID but the "Color Code" menu does not have such option.

I would be very grateful for any suggestion on how to easily look at tract groups with different DataSetID (ideally both switching on or off given DataSetID(s) and displaying them with different colors).

Best wishes,

Michael

PS: my apologies to the support team for sending an email identical to this post, a warning indicated me the forum was down and I should send an email but now the forum is back

Hi Michael,

I think you have sent this to the wrong forum ...

Hi Gary,

Indeed, the forum i was targeting is still down, and i posted here by mistake, my apologies.

Incidentally I was aware that DTI-TK allowed for medial surface representations but just discovered it also allows for flexible statistics on these surfaces, quite impressive!
