New DtdAnalyzer "home page"

Audrey made us a very nice home page on GitHub pages:
http://ncbitools.github.com/DtdAnalyzer/. The content is mostly from
the README file.

The HUGE advantage to this is that the two prominent download buttons
link to the pre-built distribution, instead of the source snapshot, so
hopefully this will save others a lot of the trouble and confusion
that you get when you get the wrong download.

So, Demian, could you link to this prominently in the jatscon slides?
Both right in the front, under "What is DtdAnalyzer?" and probably in
the back, too, under "Feedback and collaboration". I'd put this link
first, before the link to the github project site, if you agree.
