Ack! Well, it makes sense – I imagine that people were abusing it. I think all it means, though, is that we just have to move the prebuilt executable into the repository. This is a good idea anyway for our DtdAnalyzer project, because I think people still get snagged by the “Zip” button, and download from there thinking that it will be ready-to-run, not realizing they would first have to build it.

GitHub announced they're no longer allowing users to upload files that are outside the repo, such as the pre-built packages for DtdAnalyzer, so we'll need to host new versions elsewhere:
