I setup Surfwatch for our FW-1 on NT and everything looks fine until I get to
adding a rule for it. Right now I am just trying to get it to work for HTTP.
The problem I am having is that no matter what I do to add the rule it will
not let anything through once it is installed. That even includes letting the
traffic pass through. If I remove any rules that do with surfwatch it is ok.

Surfwatch says it is a FW-1 issue and I believe them since I get the same
problem when I tried Websense.

Checkpoint are not really helpful either in helping to resolve the issue.

I was hoping someone else has seen this and could help out.

This sounds like a familiar and simple problem to fix. You probably need
to run the Firewall Configuration program, go to the Security Servers
tab, and make sure HTTP is checked.
