(ASCEND) Follow up on NT bridging with pipeline50

I have done some further research, and learned that pipeline50 does not automatically bridge UDP port 16, which is required for Netbios over tcp/ip. I think this will fix the problem.

If it doesn't, i'll post another follow up, just in case someone else ever runs into this problem.
