Does anyone have a free.... small... executable...
that could be run from a 95 or NT workstation....
that will show who is logged into your Ascend MAX...
their connect speed... and connect (session) time?

So, that you could enter in your MAX IP... and
community name... and then you'll be displayed
this information...?

I saw an application that did this... but, they wanted
like $300 to get this information out of your MAX!
...and that is all that it did!

Perl (gnu) is freely available for PC platforms, and there are
snmp libraries for it. You could install Perl, and then write
some simple scripts to do exactly what you want. All it would
cost you is your time....but depending on your familiarity
with Perl installation/scripting, it might cost you more time than
is worth $300. :)

In other words, *you* don't know of any... I know how it's
done... I wasn't asking that. *sigh*

"finger @max" should do it, while IMHO connect time is missing and
it is available in the incremental tree only. I'd love to see connect time
added for 6.0, let's post a FR ..

Oh yes, finger is NOT part of W95 ... i remember it was easy finding it
on the web. Or here: ftp.prolink.de/pub/win95/inet32ut.zip

First off you need to be using the 6.x beta code.
And secondly under ethernet -> mod-config-> Finger=Yes
