hey guys,
   So this e-mail is intended to be a super-list of everything you could possibly need to know about nationals this weekend, so if any of it is redundant, way to be on your shit!

Pre-Race Pasta Dinner
USA Triathlon will host a free pasta dinner for competing athletes and one coach per team on Friday. Do we want to go? please respond to this part!

The menu will consist of...
- Rosemary roasted chicken
- Baked cavatappi tossed in a light butter sauce with asiago cheese
- Marinara sauce with fresh mozzarella on the side
- Caesar salad
- Fresh baked rolls with butter
*Gluten free meals will sub in mashed potatoes for the pasta
**Vegetarian meals will sub vegetables for the chicken

Water Temperature
The water temperature at Tempe Town Lake was 71 degrees on March 26, 2013. this means that the race IS WETSUIT LEGAL!

From the terrain maps that I found, both the bike and the run courses look really flat!! It is going to be a fast race

Our team slot for the pasta dinner is super early...like 4:30. I think we were maybe talking about doing a group drive to Whole Foods for dinner the night before the race? It's 10 min from the race site. They have lots of options for people (sandwiches, salad bar, prepared items) including the vegetarians/vegans on our team. I know we've elected to opt out of the mass pasta feed in the past too.
