fix for missing editor icons

Hi Martin and all,
My editor shows up with a lot of missing icons. Not sure when the problem has appeared (I haven't been using it a lot, recently).
However, here attached is a patch that seems to fix it (issues with icons paths in many UI files and in some cpp one). Check it out and if it works go feel free to commit it (or I can do it).
