CEGui broken in trunk

Hi all,

I am currently moving CEGui out of core dtEntity into a plugin and
shared library combo.
The current SVN is not fully usable from JavaScript, also CEGui throws
a fit if I start it after GL context has been initialized by OSG.
Is anybody really using dtEntity with CEGui? Please drop a note.
I will continue fixing CEGui next weekend, until then please don't use
new revisions.
(I had to check in the broken stuff because I work on multiple
machines and don't want stuff to become out of sync too much)
