Issue to launch application

Hi guys, I am having this issue to launch my application

Can you check the resource manager (RM) to see if app launch is indeed blocked on lack of resources? RM should be able to tell you why apps are still in pending state?

Right now I don't have access to see the RM logs. It's on Amazon EMR and the port 8042 is not accessible. But I'll get this logs and I let you know. Thanks

But generic question, how can I change (increase) the RM memory allocation? Is just on the yarn-site.xml?
