Add widgets in kafka-to-hdfs-sync app in datatorrent.

Hello Users,

I am trying to build an app similar to Kafka-to-HDFS-Sync App to upload in Apphub.

I am successfully able to import, launch and run Kafka-to-HDFS-Sync App from apphub in datatorrent.

I want to build a new app by customising this Kafka-to-HDFS-Sync App template. 

My requirement is to add 

-->  Pie chart, horizontal graph and other different graphical visualisation widgets in this app.

I have been through the datatorrent docs but I haven't found the part where adding widget part is explained.

Please assist me. Thank you in advance.

Akshay,

Apps with pre-built dashboards are in the roadmap.

You will get the update when apps with visualisations are released. 

For now, you can add dashboards to your applications on your own.

As Yogi mentioned, we are adding widgets to the existing app templates. Do you have any specific metrics in mind to be shown on the widgets?
