If there are interested students then they'll have to hurry. The whole program started on August 18 although I think the videos shown then are still available to view for those who join. But now you have just 14 days to do the film.

September 1st – September 28

Starting Monday, September 1st, you have 4 weeks to tell and submit your non-profit’s story to us.

Yes those who join the parade as it is called can download the tutorials which are good for those who may enjoy or want to develop film making...even if they do not join the competition.
