Rate Limit for the Google-style geocoder

Dear all,
I am using the google-style geocoder, trying to retreive the coordinates of about 30 million adresses. It worked fine for few days but went slow suddenly today. Is my IP address blocked due to frequent asking? Any thoughts for this? Thank you!
