It is my great pleasure to inform you that we are in the thick of preparations for eventually conducting the third International Conference on Discrete Mathematics on 10-14 June 2013 (ICDM-2013) as a part of the 9th Annual Conference of the Academy of Discrete Mathematics and Applications (ADMA), India, to be held in Karnatak University, Dharwad (KUD), India.

All the foreign members of the ISC have agreed to deliver Plenary Talks. In addition, Prof. P.J. Slater has kindly agreed to deliver the third "Professor Frank Harary Endowment Lecture" and Prof. H.B. Walikar will deliver the Second "Professor E. Sampathkumar Endowment Lecture". The following foreign experts also have sent their acceptance to deliver Invited Talks at the Conference:

The technical proceedings of the Conference is being planned to be brought out as a volume under the RMS Lecture Notes Series. All the participants are welcome to contribute their research papers. All the papers will be peer-reviewed. Contributed papers to be presented will be subject to screening and only the selected papers will be scheduled for a 10-minute presentation each. However, there will be a Poster Presentation Gallery where all the contributed papers can be displayed on all the days of the Conference.

We are going to set up an Exclusive Counter at the Conference Registration Desk at KUD to facilitate any one willing 

to become a *Life Member* of ADMA by paying only Rs.1500/ (for Indian scholars) or US$200/- (for foreign scholars) --- note that this is not mandatory. However, ADMA would feel highly strengthened/honored academically by your becoming one of its Life Members. In this connection, I may inform you that we will soon be making arrangement for any one to become a Life Member of ADMA online by logging on to its website <www.adma.co.in>.  

Details regarding the Registration Fee for participation, application format to be submitted, etc., will soon be availlable on the ADMA website.

If you are already a Life Member of ADMA, please help by writing directly to the Web-Master by logging into the ADMA website, CONFIRMING OR UPDATING YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS AND EMAIL ID AS THE CASE MAY BE. This will help save time for your registration on arrival at the Registration desk at KUD.  If you are not yet a Life Member, then you can become one by either writing directly to Prof. E.
