Gaian’s systems cater to all aspects of the content distribution value chain performing all standard tasks in Content Capture, Ingest, DRM, Asset Management, Content Distribution, Content Streaming and finally STB solution for delivery over Cable, Satellite, OTT & IPTV platforms. This position is based out of our office in Hyderabad. GAIA TV platform is a first of its kind service which brings together, the traditional world of linear television with a ‘future ready’ strap on layer of unique value additions & new revenue generating services. We are a multi tenant, multi vertical content delivery platform operating in a PaaS model serving large and medium MSO's, Telcos, and Media & Entertainment enterprises in emerging markets. GAIA TV comes out of the box or rather the cloud with ready-to-go solutions in the telco home, hospitality, health care, and OOH markets. The platform is operational on all 4 types of consumer devices – Set Top Boxes, Mobility devices (tablets and smart phones),Laptops (PC and Mac) and other consumer equipment (SMART TV's, game consoles and DVD players). More and more of which are being made GAIA TV ready every day.
Eligibility Criteria:
B Tech / BE from reputed engineering college (2014 Pass outs preferred) with minimum 70% aggregate scores.

Experience 0- 6 months
Compensation 1.44 Lacs - 2 Lacs
Increment in compensation is based on Performance post 6 months of continuous employment.

Other Terms & Conditions of Employment:
Bond : Yes (3 years with originals)
Gaian works on bleeding edge technologies which are new to even the silicon valley . Therefore Gaian invests huge on training the resources on these technologies. Gaian Consulting is currently on a growth phase. There are immense growth opportunities for all the resources associated with Gaian. Hence upon Joining, the employee/ trainee is required to deposit their academic certificates with the company (either X std or Graduation certificate). This certificate shall be kept in a safe deposit with the company for a period 3 years from the joining date. Any interim need of the certificate shall be dealt on a case basis.
