The
editors of the special issue "Modelling Forest Ecosystems"
to be published in ECOLOGICAL MODELLING (IF 2.507) would
like to invite all scientists working on any aspect
related to forest ecosystems to submit their research
papers to the special issue, already open for submissions
and with a deadline extended to March 31st, 2019.
Although all authors are welcome, we are particularly
interested in research papers leaded by young scientists,
who could showcase their skills in applying new complex
algorithms, large data bases o new approaches to
ecological modelling of forest ecosystems in all their
spatial, temporal and biological complexity scales,
including works focused not only in ecological
interactions, but also in socio-ecological relationships.
Interest authors can contact the guest editors to
check if their proposed work fits with the special issue
aims and scope.
