Error 502Google.... I'm desperate

I've just attached the issue, I think this happened when I deleted one old visualization that I made....

this is a iMAC (OS Sierra) with Safari but also happens with Windows and Internet Explorer, for sure It's a problem on the server. 

Please I need help asap, this is a fantastic tool, the best ever I've seen.
