Upload Disappearing

Hi,

I've tried twice this week to upload and on both occasions the file has been pending for around 2 days and then just disappears. Is anyone else having this problem or is it something I'm doing wrong?

I just had it reappear with an XML error (on my part). I'm assuming this is the from the first time I uploaded. Does anyone know if a week is a normal time frame for uploading (if there is a norm)?

So I'm starting to think this is a trend. I fixed my error and re-uploaded 2 days ago - again it's disappeared but I expect it will show up in the next week. Anyway for anyone who's following I'll keep you posted as to when (or if) it reappears as completed.

I too am experiencing the same problem. 

When I have uploaded datasets in the past, it has only been 'pending' for a few seconds.

So it never reappeared, must have got lost in oblivion. I'm taking a different approach - I'm doing multiple upload with different XML titles and file names. The first dataset had quite a long name (and I though maybe this is causing the problem). At any rate I've got three more datasets pending (for 2 days now) and fingers crossed a fix will present itself through trial and error.

Ok - I declare defeat. All of my uploads have once again disappeared completely. Same old story: pending for around 2 days and then gone.

I'm out of ideas so any assistance from anyone would be appreciated. In the meantime I guess I'll try and find another program/solution for what I'm trying to achieve (I'm a bit bummed to be honest, Google Public Data did seem the best solution).

Anyway - c'est la vie.

Hi i have uploaded, zip file , it contains XML and CSV files, as i uploaded it showing me the status as pending, i want to see how the demo looks like,

Success! Today I've had two data sets appear from an upload earlier this week. I didn't do anything different that usual but am very please to be making progress. Hopefully whatever was causing the problem has been resolved.
