Google public data graphs

I used to type in the google search bar for example Spain GDP and I used to get a small graph with the Spanish historical GDP and in the bottom of the graph I used to click EXPLORE and the graph would expand and on the left I would have the list of all the countries and another list of other public data available for anyone . Now when I click EXPLORE all I get is a blank chart , Why?
