Hi all, I'm glad to announce the next step to a stable release. What's new in this version:
- cross-correlation [X] and convolution [V] steps for pipeline
- more comments within the source code
- various bugfixes
What remains to do before version 1.0.0 (ideally):
- file sniffer to recognize data format
- more efficient output of profile data (it is seriously slow and inefficient)
- pure interface to bigWig (this is hard but very much desired!)
- bigBed support (not necessary, but nice)
