Important bugfixes and version 0.8.1

Hi all, just when I was working on automatic thresholding, I've realized there was an important bug in FIR smoothing (essentially data were wrongly shifted to 3' by FIR window size).

BTW, the bug has been fixed and new version is available. New version include Otsu thresholding on signals.
