search bar of filters

Dear colleagues, in the search bar of filters, for example by author's name, only English works. If the author's name in the system is not written in English, the search string of the filter does not find it. Can these settings be changed? For example, the main search bar in the system finds the author in a language other than English.

I believe this bug was fixed in 7.6.1 in this PR: https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/pull/8958
