PDF coverpages in DSpace9.2

Hi everyone!
Has anyone tried the new implementation (introduced in DSpace 9) of the pdf citation-/coverpage with characters other than basic Latin1? Could this just be some quirks in my development setup, a poor choice of fonts or something like that?

DSpace 9.2
No special configurations made, other than activated the citation-page.

Running on:
Almalinux 9.7

Relevant dependencies:
java-17-openjdk-17.0.19.0.10-2.el9.alma.1.x86_64
Apache Maven 3.9.16
Apache Ant(TM) version 1.10.9
PostgreSQL 15.18
Solr 9.10.1
Node 24.16.0
npm 11.13.0
Ran either with pm2 (v.7.0.1) or node.
