Upload/Replace Files By Editors During Workflow (DSpace 8)

Hi,

I'd like to allow users to modify files when the item enters the workflow step with the "editaction" bean. I tried setting up ADD or WRITE action types on the Authorizations tab, but this didn't help.

Is it possible at all?

Hi Peter,

I believe this is already possible via the "workflow.reviewer.file-edit" configuration in the "workflow.cfg" config file:

Setting that to "true" should allow any reviewers to modify, replace or delete the files of Items in the workflow review process.
