Remove Items Counter for Community

We would like to use Dspace - UI -7.6 / REST -7.6 to create an institutional repository. We have the following question: for our structure it would be convenient not to have an items counters for Communities (even not to have zero counter), but to have one for Collections. Is it possible to do this quite simply?
In dspace.cfg: webui.strengths.show = true - we have counters for both Communities and Collections. webui.strengths.show = false - we do not have items counters.

I see this question was also asked in a ticket (and answered there): https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/issues/9228

Currently this feature doesn't exist. But if someone wants to volunteer to build it, we could consider it for a future release.
