The scheduler is paused

Hello. My English is not very good. I hope I can explain my problem clearly. 

I stopped this area, but I can't restart it. Resume (in Turkish mean; sürdür) and stop (in Türkish mean; dur) buttons do not work. 

Pressing these buttons does not change anything. How can I reactivate this area?
