An error occurred accepting the End User Agreement

I get this error when I accept and try to Save End User Agreement in the DSpace UI:{7.1}, Backend is also 7.1

I have installed with dependecies of tomcat 9, Java jdk 11, solr 8.11, Ant 1.10.5, Maven 3.6.0, Postgresql 11.

Login is successful but after login I can't seem to succesfully accept End User Agreement resulting into this error below in the Google Chrome Developer Tools console

Please follow that guide for hints on solving the issue.  Let us know on this list if you have other questions.
