error in OAI data provider validation

I am getting the following error during OAI data provider validation, bu The server does not include anything beyond seconds, does anyone have a solution suggestion?
FAIL: Bad responseDate of 2025-09-11T08:44:09.866254194Z, the date is a UTC DateTime but includes decimal seconds which are not allowed by the specification, must be YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZ format

Hi,
This is a reported bug in DSpace 9. See https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/issues/11129
A possible code fix is provided in the ticket itself. However, at this time we're still waiting on a volunteer to create a Pull Request so that we can fully verify the fix. (If anyone reading this is interested in contributing this fix, please let us know!)
