Using external vocabularies in DSpace 10.

Dear DSpace community,

I would like to use vocabularies from an external source via the SKOSMOS API (e.g. https://vocabularies.unesco.org/api). My aim is to search for and retrieve controlled vocabularies in real time when users submit forms.

Is there any documentation explaining how to create such an authority plugin for DSpace?
