Internal Server Error :

Hello, 

I have install dspace 6.3 on ubuntu 20.04 LTS.

when creating an item submission,  the internal system error found.

log :

2020-11-19 09:58:36,369 ERROR org.dspace.app.util.SubmissionInfo @ Error loading progress bar information from Step Class 'org.dspace.submit.step.DescribeStep' Error:

javax.servlet.ServletException: org.dspace.app.util.DCInputsReaderException: Error creating submission forms: org.xml.sax.SAXException: Form traditional, field identifier.null has no name attribute

Any suggestion to solve this problem?

Thank you. We validated   input-forms.xml using xml validation and found an error and fixed it.
