Pass metadata from database to frontend

Hello,

I am working on Dspace Cris latest version

Actually I have created two metadata fields and now I want to show them on publication page 

I am attaching below screenshot of page where I want to show metadata

Can someone help me to know that how to pass metadata from database to frontend 

I analyse that metadata coming to this page contain only these specific value so how to add new value here that is big question

Any help would be appreciated
