Dropdown not working in DSpace 7 Beta 5

Hello everyone,

I'm testing DSpace 7 Beta 5 locally and multiple GUI elements aren't working. Specifically the dropdowns don't open up, like the login dropdown on the front page. In addition the greyed out buttons stay greyed out, even after typing, for example on the /login page. The rest of the GUI looks and works as expected.

Did anybody run into the same issue?
