Set up RSS Feed in Dspace 7.6.1

Good day, it is my first time working with dspace, Everything is working well. I was given url to include it in the RSS feed of dspace, so i do not know where i can put it to sync the communities(info) from other sources. I tried to look at Syndication Feed (RSS) Settings in dspace.cfg, I do not understand it.
