Request for Technical Support: File Upload Issue in DSpace 8

Dear DSpace Support Team,

I am encountering an issue while uploading files in DSpace 8. When attempting to upload a file larger than 1MB, I receive the following error message:

"Upload failed. Please verify the content before retrying."

However, the administrator has already increased the file size limit to 10MB.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

Hi Wael,

If you are still experiencing this issue, you (or your system administrator) should use the troubleshooting guide to look for more information about the error in the backend logs (or similar).  See https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error#Troubleshootanerror-DSpace7.x(orabove)

Without more detailed information, it's not possible to say what may be blocking the upload.
