stats-util -o failed Error 405

Hia for all, 
we update from version 6.3 to version 7 and migrating all statistics following the steps and all works fine i can see the migrated statistics, however,  trying to run a stats-util -o gives me the following error:

[root@srvcbdspacecrai bin]# ./dspace stats-util -o

I have checked the solr logs, and solr interface and everything seems to be running fine and I see the old stats, but I don't see any stats for the new items. neither new statistics for existing items

however trying to run a stats-util -o gives me a 405 error

any ideas?
