Dspace 7 Full Text Indexing

Hello all,

I am trying to get PDF Full text indexing working, but I am unable to search them unless I add metadata.  The instructions state:

Files:

• dspace/bin/filter-media
• dspace/config/dspace.cfg

Instructions:

1. First, follow the instructions in Configure+media+filters, since full text indexing is performed by those media filters (specifically the HTMLFilter, PDFFilter, and WordFilter)

But there is no information when you click on Configure+media+filters above:

Can anyone shed any light on why this is not working correctly?
