Dspace 7.5 New items are not displayed in collections

Hello Community,
I am a new user on Dspace. I have an installation on a virtual machine of dspace 7.5 on Ubuntu 22.
I have created communities and collections and uploaded items. But suddenly when adding new items, although the 'loaded successfully' message appears, they are not displayed in the corresponding collections, so I cannot edit or delete them either,
(I don't know where they are stored).
However, all the items uploaded prior to the appearance of this problem are displayed and I can edit and modify them.
Does anyone know what could be happening?
Since I don't have error messages, I don't know where to deal with the problem. Can anybody help me? Thank you

I would recommend using the troubleshooting guide to see if any (hidden) error is occurring in either the User Interface or REST API (in backend logs): https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error#Troubleshootanerror-DSpace7.x(orabove)

Usually, unexplained behavior in DSpace means there is an error that is occurring.

This also may be some sort of caching issue, so you could try reloading your browser page to see if this causes the items to appear.  Or, you could upgrade to the latest version of DSpace 7.6.x, as it's also possible you are encountering an issue that has already been solved in a later release.
